After I received a question about it, I decided to share with you some basics tips for beginners !
- drink at least 1.5L of water daily, it’s really important to keep your body hydrated !
- do not forget to exercise, and if you can’t daily, at least 4 times a week. Running, swimming, cardio are the best to burn, and you can add some push-ups, squats and sit-ups to improve your weight loss (and get a tonified body)
- do not jump right into a strict restriction. Start with 1500 for example, then, after 3 days, try 1300, and keep cutting cals off.
- do not skip breakfast ! You would be more likely to binge, a fruit or eggs won’t mess up your diet ;) I usually have 2 eggs with a slice of ham, it’s around 200 cals, it fills me up until lunch time, and it’s yummy (and healthy).
- if you can, do some exercise after you wake up (and take a shower after haha). Because it will burn actual fat, not only calories ;)
- start a thinspo / ana book. Write motivational quotes, print thinspo pics, use it as a food journal, or write your feelings everyday. Idk, just do something related to ana, it can keeps you busy ;)
- when you’re hungry, distract yourself (play video games, do your nails, go for a walk or run, draw, start writing a book or reading one, write in your ana book, reorganize your furnitures, clean your room, etc.)

- don’t weigh yourself everyday, once a week is enough, and you can be unmotivated if one day, you don’t loose anything, or almost nothing. You’ll see the weight loss if you weigh yourself once a week ;)
